Meeting Market Demand

Building for Community
The need for comfortable , safe and competitively priced housing for independent-living adults (50 plus) will continue to grow in our city.
Polish Heritage Manor, our first phase, offers such housing. Our development answers the growing pressures in our city for higher density housing, especially along LRT routes.
We envision a community that will allow residents to age in place and those who are independent living today may require more care later on in their lives and so our vision includes a facility for assisted living/continuing care. In addressing the need for higher density housing, it also includes a condominium complex for adults, with main floor retail space and medical services.
The Polish Heritage Society of Edmonton wants to play a part in meeting the growing housing needs of our community and city in our development, Polonia Main Square.

The buildings would surround a square and promenade where residents can meet or gather for events.  The community would feature walking paths leading to the Polish Hall and to Kingsway Avenue. All within walking distance to LRT service, Royal Alex Hospital and Kingsway Mall.
